GRIND FIT Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your GRIND FIT purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. GRIND FIT does not charge a restocking fee.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by GRIND FIT or an item arriving damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow our regular return process after delivery.

Final Sale

Items specifically marked or included in a Final Sale collection are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
